BUSWA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND BUSWA BCI BUS SHOW
BusWA invites all members and stakeholders to attend this year’s BusWA Annual General Meeting and the BusWA BCI Bus Show, hosted at the Ascot Racecourse and proudly sponsored by Bus and Coach International.
Please note our updated format for 2025.
The AGM will commence at 10:00am sharp in the Committee Room on Level 2, volunteer ushers will guide you on arrival.
Following the meeting and presentations, attendees will move downstairs to the Bookmakers Pavilion, where all exhibitor displays will be showcased undercover, and lunch will be served.
This revised format provides our valued sponsors and exhibitors with increased visibility and extended engagement opportunities throughout the day.
We encourage all members to attend and show their support. Your presence ensures the strength of our network and the continued success of our industry.

EVENT SCHEDULE
- 8:00 – 9:00am Exhibitor arrival and placements
- 9:00am Exhibitor setup in Bookmakers Pavilion
- 10:00am AGM & presentations Committee Room, Level 2
- 11:30am Guests move to Bookmakers Pavilion for BusWA BCI Bus Show
- 12:30pm Lunch served in the Pavilion
- 2:00pm Arrival of School Bus Services, finger food refreshments served
- 4:30pm Event concludes
Complimentary Bus transport available to the AGM from Crown Towers and return: Pick up 9.30am, Crown Towers and return following conclusion of event
